Reduce waste and improve your KPI's

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on team-based problem solving or process improvements to improve the organization's performance by removing waste and reducing variation. It combines Lean Manufacturing (Toyota Production System) and Six Sigma (Motorola) continuous improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma is in high demand across all sectors; especially manufacturing, healthcare, services and public service. All organizations are looking for Lean Six Sigma certified professionals.

Organizations turn to Lean Six Sigma certified professionals to:
  • Improve quality,
  • Reduce the cost of the product,
  • Reduce delivery times,
  • Improve the safety and security of the product,
  • Reduce the carbon footprint, and
  • Enhance customer and employee morale.

In Lean manufacturing, all these expectations are known as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).  Waste, inefficiencies, roadblocks, bottlenecks and problems emerge every day that negatively affect day-to-day operations and KPI’s. With the help of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Kanban Thinking, you can create a robust structure of daily management, engage your staff, and bring all waste to the surface. Once you uncover the waste in your day-to-day operations, you will be able to apply various Lean tools, principles and methodologies to remove it.

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to engage your People to improve Processes, enabling them to realize Purpose and improve your organization's bottom-line.
