At ASCM 2019, members expanded their knowledge and skillset to stay in line with the accelerated pace of change in supply chain. Topics ranged from S&OP, inventory and materials management to robotics, IoT, virtual reality and more. ASCM 2019 was for members looking to enhance their knowledge on a specific topics and to learn more about current trends, ASCM 2019.
APICS Ottawa Chapter, a non-profit association, was represented by a panel of supply chain industry experts from Canopy Growth, BMS Associates, Shared Services Canada, Shell Canada, Mead Johnson Nutrition and other industries to present thoughts, share ideas and engage with students keen on making a career in the growing supply chain industry.
APICS presented details on their certifications CPIM, CSCP, CLTD and SCOR. It was an interactive session with the students followed by students making connections with industry professionals.
